Govt. Model Women College, Bilasipara, is a premier institution established by the Government of Assam to disseminate higher education among the women in the Bilasipara area and throughout Assam. Although the college was initially established for women, from the 2024-25 academic year onwards, the institution has received permission for co-education, allowing both boys and girls to pursue higher studies here.
